Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.These Terms and Conditions may Change. Cielo Home Online reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Order information/Non-Return Policy
After placing an order on our secure server, you will receive an automatic email message confirming receipt of your order. Items that are currently in stock will be packaged and shipped from Cielo Home within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping address, FedEx Ground will take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive. Be aware that Cielo Home Online cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when ordered or that delivery ranges are correct, some things are out of our control and we cannot refund your purchase once placed. If you have any questions, please call our customer service department to check on lead times or availability before purchasing online. CIELO HOME ONLINE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.

Back Orders & Out-of-Stock Merchandise
The luxury items we sell are often manufactured in small quantities, and in far off places. You will be notified by email of any back-ordered or out-of-stock merchandise within 7 days of placing your order, and we will keep you informed of your order status. Merchandise which is out-of-stock at our warehouse, but in stock at our vendors can be shipped to arrive to you within 2-4 weeks. Back-Ordered merchandise will be given an estimated date of arrival.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes are sometimes related to fluctuations in the Euro for goods manufactured overseas, or increased fuel/transportation costs. All discounts and promotions are based on US Pacific time.Every effort is made to assure that pricing on our website is accurate. However, if we make an error in pricing, the customer will be notified of the correct price and given the opportunity to purchase or cancel the items at the correct price. Items which appear on web pages that are cached by our customers on their computers, with their Internet Service Providers or on other websites, may contain obsolete or incorrect prices, and will not be honored. Please refresh web pages to ensure that you have an up-to-date copy of the web page which includes current pricing.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Orders of instock merchandise will be filled within 72 hours of receipt and sent to you via FedEx Ground. Depending on the shipping address, FedEx Ground will take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive. Items that have a different delivery range will have range speficied under the product description. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee. Orders may not be cancelled due to shipping delays beyond the control of Cielo Home Online. Shipping charges are as follows:

The regular shipping and processing charges stated on this Delivery and Processing Charges Chart cover Regular Home Parcel Delivery by Fed Ex Ground. These charges do not include Surcharges that may apply to some items, Rush Charges or Custom/Special Order pieces delivered via freight.

No Exchange/No Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Cielo Home Online experience but we cannot refund orders for any reason once you have placed one. Exchange exceptions may be made for defective products. Cielo will deem if the product is infact defective and will at its own discretion approve or disapprove an exchange. Exchanges must be preapproved by CIELO HOME ONLINE in writing. Product return without prior written authorization will be refused or returned at customers full expense. Shipping charges will be waived if it is deemed that the item is indeed defective, original shipping charges will remain. Cielo Home Online offers wood and fabric samples upon request so that you can be confident of your purchase.Online purchases may not be returned/exchanged online or in-store. Special & Custom Order Items:
Special or custom order items are unique since not everyone is going to have one. What makes them so attractive is that they are sometime made to order or customized to your specifications. These special attributes cause these items to take longer to manufacture and ship, therefore, they sometimes require up to 10-18 weeks or more to receive. Most do not take that long, the usual time period is about 4-12 weeks. Please keep in mind that once you place an order for a special or custom order item it may not be canceled or returned at any time. Just remember, having something special and unique is always worth the wait!

Delivery Surcharges:
Because furniture, mirrors and other large items are sometimes bulky and heavy, they sometimes have a delivery and processing surcharge. Cielo Home Online lists this charge in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges, which are listed under Delivery and Processing Charges . Delivery in some areas only includes "to door" delivery and customer will be responsible for additional "in home" delivery or packaging removal charges.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $20.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each additional item per address, we can arrange for 2-day delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PST Monday through Thursday, you will receive your purchase of instock merchandise within two business days; orders placed after 3pm will take one additional day, orders placed Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will arrive on Wednesday.) Note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. If you have paid for 2-day service and we determine that it cannot be provided we will refund your rush charges only. Fedex service cannot be guaranteed. Cielo Home Online cannot be held liable for shipments delayed beyond our control. We cannot refund your rush charges if Fedex is responsible for a delayed shipment. We will notify you after receiving your order if certain items are out of stock that you have requested rush service on.

Damage Claims for Furniture and Accessories sent via Freight:
For special or custom order pieces it is imperative that you inspect the items while the driver is still present. If the driver will not wait make sure to write, "items not inspected due to driver not able to wait" above your signature. Make sure to keep a signed copy. Any damage must be notated on the delivery manifest, failure to do so may result in a denial of your claim by the shipping company. We cannot help you file a claim for damaged or missing items if you do not notate this at the time of delivery. Damaged items properly claimed will be exchanged and may not refunded. For assistance with a damage claim or a suspected manufacturer defect please contact us immediately at service@shopcielo.com.

Images, Descriptions, Swatches and Samples:
All of our images displayed on your computer screen are deemed to be representational of the products being offered. Keep in mind that all screens convey pictures and colors differently. All descriptions given are deemed to be as accurate as possible. All swatches and wood samples are good representations of the color and texture of the items they represent but inherent differences in their natural characteristics must and can be expected. Slight color variations are normal. We will make every effort to answer your questions or concerns before you place an order.

Cielo Home Online believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as your name, address and credit card number will be kept secure throughout your entire shopping experience on our web site.We have designed our web site to accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Under The Fair Credit Billing Act, if your credit card is used without your permission, your liability for those fraudulent charges cannot exceed $50.00. So, if someone steals your credit card or your credit card number, your liability is limited to no matter how much the criminal charges to your account. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures immediately.If you have any concerns about security that we have not answered in this section, please contact us and we will do all we can to put your mind at rest.

Protecting Children's Privacy:
Cielo Home Online adheres to a strict privacy code regarding children and does not knowingly accept personal information from any child. If it is brought to our attention that a subscriber is under age, we will immediately remove all personal and identifiable information from our records in compliance with the Online Children's Privacy Protection Act of 1998. In addition, we will not disclose this information to any other companies or entities.

We think it is important that we take our environment seriously. Even if we start with the smallest things, together we can make a difference. As a business it is important to initiate changes that lower our impact on the environment. As consumers it is important that we begin to ask the stores we support "what's your green policy?" If they don't have a green policy yet it might get them to start thinking about one. We have described our Green Policy below. Albeit far from where we want it to be, it is a start. So what's your green policy?

We make a concerted effort to follow the 3 r's: Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Reduce the amount of unecessary packaging, Reuse boxes, packing materials and peanuts in our shipments to you, and Recycle ALL packaging materials that we are unable to reuse. We have begun to ask all of our vendors and people we do business with to advise us of their Green Policies and Green products. We will begin to notate green products in their descriptions as we are notified. We have switched to recycled office paper, paper products and have switched to environmentally friendly cleaners and soaps when possible. We have switched all task and warehouse lighting to energy saving flourescent bulbs and buy organic products whenever possible. We know this won't change our environment overnight, but we all have to start somewhere.
